Our aims and intent are simple, to further the international awareness of the unique cuisine of New Zealand. At our inaugural event we selected what is close to our heart - lamb, beef and venison.

 

The Pure South Discovery Series sees guest chefs from around the world experiencing first-hand the passion of our farmers, the provenance and terroir of our country, and the unique flavours and textures this creates in our products.
